Dr. Hala A. Abdelgaffar

Hala. A. Abdelgaffar has over 30 years of diverse experience in academic and corporate positions. She started her career as a faculty member in the Department of English Language and Literature at the School of Arts, where she taught linguistics and rhetoric for 21 years. She has also worked as a professional consultant for many national and international institutions. In 2012, she made a career change. She has taught undergraduate and postgraduate management courses and training modules on campus and online for the last ten years and has completed her postgraduate studies at various universities in Europe. Her doctoral research is on organizational practices of ethics, social responsibility, and sustainability, which are mainstreaming in corporate activities. Her research interests include public institutions, management education, organizational behavior, organizational development, sustainability, and the role of change agents. As an expert, she has hands-on experience managing training projects, providing technical consulting services, developing materials, and conducting training and development for local and international organizations.
