Graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Electrical Engineering. He worked as an engineer and manager on production technologies at Toyota for 8 years. He still continues his duty as Project Manager.

After graduating from Yıldız Technical University Electrical Engineering in 2004, he worked in the production stages of different sectors. He worked as an engineer and manager on Production Technologies for 8 years at Toyota. After completing 1 year of his work at Toyota on production systems in Japan, he completed his 15 years of total experience as a manager in the Maintenance, Engineering, Production and Project departments.

It continues its activities in the field of consultancy and training on Lean Applications in order to share its automotive-based experience of over 15 years with other production and service sectors.

At the same time, he continues as EFQM supervisor and ISO 9001-2015 Lead auditor.
