IIENSTITU Faculty & Staff Professional Development Policy (PDP)
1) Purpose
This policy ensures that IIENSTITU provides systematic, accessible, and effective opportunities for the personal and professional development of faculty and administrative staff. It is grounded in our shared values of mutual respect and a commitment to excellence in service.
2) Scope
Applies to all faculty, instructors, and administrative/professional staff. It covers in-house trainings, workshops, mentorship programs, learning communities, and related digital/on-site activities.
