Acceptance of Preliminary Information & Contract
If you place an order electronically, the preliminary information form and contract will be automatically accepted.
Handling Fee & Shipping (Inclusive)
We charge a handling fee for our products which is inclusive of shipping. You can pay the amount owed in advance by making an online payment including tax on any purchase you make!
Delivery Timeline & Event Postponement
Each purchased product or service is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract. In payments made for events, cancellation can be made by the buyer when the company postpones the event.
Product/Service Conformity
The purchased service or product must be delivered in full accordance with the qualifications specified on our website.
Impossibility of Performance & Refund Timeline
The seller must notify the buyer in writing within three days of learning about a situation where it becomes impossible for them to sell their product or service. The price must be returned by the 14th day after notification unless other arrangements have been made with both parties beforehand
Nonpayment / Bank Record Cancellation
The Seller has no legal obligation to deliver the product if payment isn't received or canceling it is canceled in bank records.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) – Online Courses Excluded
The BUYER has 14 days from the delivery date to reject a product without taking any responsibility and giving no reason. The SELLER will refund 100% back into your account, provided that notice is given via contacting them within this time frame or before it expires! Online courses are excluded from this scope. If the student has purchased an online course service, it will not be considered a product.
Access Equals Use for Training
The buyer has a right to return any training before it's used. However, if the customer enters the site after purchasing, we cannot refund the money because they would have already started using the service.
Withdrawal Period for Services (From Contract Signature)
The consumer has a 14-day period after signing the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal. This time frame starts from when they approve or accept it, not before service begins on your end!
Refund Request Method (Email)
For a refund, the buyer should send an email.
Seller’s Refund Obligations (10 Days)
The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and all documentation that put BUYERS under debt within ten days at the latest from receipt of notification.
Campaign Limit & Discount Adjustment
If you fall below our campaign limit due to your right of withdrawal, we will cancel any discounts used in connection with this offer.
