Sultan Cüneyit graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. After working as a Human Resources manager in various sectors for 14 years, she focused on change management, talent management, and coaching for the last six years and managed these processes. During this period, she participated in the establishment process of two companies and carried out the installation and structuring of human resources projects. In addition, she provides Coaching Skills Development in Business Life and Motivation 3.0 trainings at IIENSTITU.

About the Instructor

She is a career coach, executive coach, and trainer. She is also a trainer and partner of the AC accredited "Coaching model for executives-RLAC (Recognized Leader As Coach)" program.

She completed ICF-approved professional coaching, NLP techniques for coaches, training coaching, team coaching, and executive coaching training, as well as İzgören Academy Training Specialization Program and Operational Excellence and Change Management for Leaders program with Lean Six Sigma Institute. 

She is a member of the Association for Coaching (AC) and continues volunteering as a coach in many social projects. She also contributes to coaching development by participating in the AC Turkey Communication and Operations Committee. Placing coaching at the center of her life, Sultan Cüneyit aims to raise more proactive, competency-oriented employees with high relationship and communication skills by using coaching skills and coaching tools in business and private life. Sultan Cüneyit is married with two children, and her most important values are continuous improvement of herself and others, sharing, success, freedom, and spontaneity. Since 2014, her unchanging motto has been "One thing changes, everything changes!"
