Born in 1988 in Istanbul, Selin Antalya studied Human Resources Management at Istanbul Aydın University and then graduated from Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. After university, she worked at Şekerbank General Directorate Human Resources Department for 2 years. In this process, she contributed to her personal development by taking various trainings. Afterwards, she started working as a Training Officer at the American Cultural Association Headquarters and continued her work as a trainer. 

She worked as a manager in Recruitment and Training at Rixos Hotel and Ado Group companies for years. Afterwards, she started counseling by combining Association For Coaching-approved Coaching Trainings with Human Resources and Professional Coaching. She established job analysis, productivity measurements, performance evaluations, training process management and career management systems according to the demands of the companies.
