Ph.D. Burcu Arısoy graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and received her master's degree in social sciences from the same university. Arısoy has a nationally refereed and referenced thesis on organizational communication and motivation and a review article on coaching in performance management. As an expert trainer in Human Resources and Business Administration, she teaches Basic Labor Law and Labor Law at the Institute. Her university courses are on human resources, quality management systems, communication and labor law.

About the Instructor

Ph.D. Burcu Arısoy graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and is currently a lecturer at Beykent University.
