In what framework does IIENSTITU provide training?

IIENSTITU is a professional training provider registered in Estonia, a member state of the European Union. Our focus is on adult and professional development: we offer structured online learning programs that help learners build practical skills and document their progress with certificates of completion.

These programs are not the same as a formal university degree. IIENSTITU certificates do not replace a bachelor's or master's diploma issued by a public university or a state-recognized higher education institution. Instead, they are designed to complement your existing education and work experience.

What does "EU approved" mean?

When we describe our services as "EU approved", we refer to the fact that IIENSTITU operates as an entity registered within the European Union and designs its training and certification processes in line with EU regulations on consumer protection, data privacy and digital services.

This wording does not mean that the European Commission, a national ministry of education or any government agency has issued a separate formal accreditation decision specifically for our programs. IIENSTITU certificates are private professional development credentials intended to document completed training; they are not a substitute for a regulated academic degree or a state-issued professional licence.

Where can you use these certificates?

In practice, IIENSTITU certificates are most often used as proof of completed training in the context of professional development. Typical use cases include:

  • Adding certificates to your CV or résumé to demonstrate specific skills
  • Listing completed courses on LinkedIn and other professional networking profiles
  • Providing evidence of training in internal performance reviews and promotion discussions
  • Showcasing expertise and continuous learning in freelance or consultant portfolios

Acceptance and impact always depend on the policies of each employer, institution and country. No certificate can guarantee a particular hiring decision, salary level or immigration outcome.

Certificate verification and security

Every certificate issued by IIENSTITU is stored in our systems with a unique identifier and can be verified online. Employers and institutions can use the certificate number or the QR code printed on the document to confirm that the record exists and matches the learner's details.

To verify a certificate, you can use the following page:

Certificate Verification
Enter the certificate number or scan the QR code to check whether a certificate is registered.

Digital certificates can be downloaded as PDF and verified online as long as they remain in our system. Printed certificates should be evaluated together with their physical security features and the online verification result.

What IIENSTITU certificates are not

For the sake of clarity and transparency, it is important to state what our certificates do not represent:

  • A university degree (bachelor's, master's, PhD) issued by a public or state-recognized institution
  • A government-issued licence or permit to practise a regulated profession
  • A national vocational qualification that is required by law for a specific occupation
  • A guarantee of admission to any job position, study program, visa or immigration status

Guidance for employers and institutions

IIENSTITU certificates show that a learner has completed a structured training program in a given topic. When evaluating a candidate who presents one of our certificates, we recommend the following steps:

  • Use the verification page to confirm that the certificate number exists in our system.
  • Review the course syllabus, learning outcomes and estimated workload on the relevant course page.
  • Consider the certificate together with the candidate's work experience, formal education and other credentials.
